Cancellation Policy
Your order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped.
To cancel, please write to our Customer Support team at support@whiteseednutrition.com.
· If the cancellation request is acknowledged before shipping, the order will be cancelled.
· The refund will be processed by us within 7 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.
· Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
Whiteseed Nutrition will not accept returns or initiate refunds on product purchases unless one of the following conditions is met:
1. The product was damaged in transit.
2. The product has physical defects upon arrival.
3. An incorrect product was shipped.
To Initiate a Return/Refund:
· You must inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the products by writing to support@whiteseednutrition.com.
· Your email must include photos of the damaged or incorrect product for us to accept the request.
Conditions for Ineligible Returns:
Returns will not be accepted if:
· The product has been used.
· The seal has been broken.
· The serial number has been tampered with.
Upon receipt of the returned product, Whiteseed Nutrition will inspect the item and validate the claim.
· Approved Returns: Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued.
· Ineligible Returns: If the product is found to be ineligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you.
Refund Timelines:
· Online Payments: The amount will be refunded back to the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days of receiving your eligible request.
· COD Orders: The amount will be refunded to your bank account within 14 working days of requesting an eligible refund.
Shipping, Delivery, and Insurance
Insurance
Whiteseed Nutrition provides transit insurance only, which is valid up to the time of acceptance of delivery of the products.
Shipping & Delivery
Whiteseed Nutrition works with reliable logistics partners to provide the smoothest service possible. Due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be issues that delay the shipping process, which could cause an indefinite delay. Our customer management team will contact you to provide updates in such cases.
Orders & Shipping
Once your order has been placed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to Confirm dispatch and therefore acceptance of the order.
In case of Cash on Delivery orders, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. Your order request will only be accepted once you have confirmed your order on the email/ mobile.
Dispatch of all the product(s) ordered, may or may not happen at the same time.
The product(s) will be inspected and packaged prior to handing them over to our trusted delivery partners.
Our delivery partners will bring the package to you as early as possible. In case, they are unable to reach the provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
We dispatch most orders within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
There are no shipping charges for the orders equal and above the billing value of INR 499. However, if your order is less than INR 499, there will be a shipping charge of INR 50.
Wellbeing Nutrition does not ship outside India at the moment.
